Local Directions: From the A19 northbound, take the exit for the A1018 Sunderland and Ryhope. At the roundabout turn right onto the B1285 to Seaham. At the traffic lights turn left on to Lord Byron´s Walk and follow the road for half a mile and go over a level crossing. Seaham Hall is about a quarter of a mile further along on the right.
