Treetop House provides unparalleled luxury in the heart of spectacular NW Scotland. The unique architecture with drystone walling and turf roofs, has been designed to offer supreme luxury. The house has its own private sauna, huge freestanding bath, drench head showers, underfloor heating and atmospheric wood burning stove. The property has been designed around the views – distant views to the sea, mountains and islands of Wester Ross, with nearer views over the harbour of Ullapool and to a private waterfall. French doors provide direct access to intimate external sitting out areas. The owners, Gavin and Rachel Anderson, live locally and greet guests and provide detailed information on the many activities, routes and hidden gems in the local area.

Treetop House accommodates 3 to 4 people. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with a large en-suite bathroom/WC. the second bedroom has a standard double bed and its own shower room/WC.

Positioned on a hill above the village of Ullapool with direct access to a network of scenic hill paths, it is also just a short walk from the heart of one of Highland Scotland's most lively and beautiful coastal villages. A stay in Treetop House provides a base to explore Wester Ross, Coigach, Assynt and Sutherland - some of the most scenically spectacular areas of the NW Highlands. The property also provides a stunning relaxing location - a spacious and luxury space with panoramic views of sea, mountains and islands.

Ullapool has a number of good quality bars and restaurants that are only an easy 10 minute walk from the house. There are also a number of great rural hotels, pubs and restaurants to discover in the local area. Ullapool is also well served for provisions with a small deli, great local butcher and a Tesco in the village. The owners can also source seafood from the local fishing boats which is landed fresh on the local pier.
