Beautiful boutique luxury cottage set within the grounds of a private estate in the New Forest. Enjoy watching deer, rabbits, birds, and an abundance of other forest wildlife rooming around freely on the grounds. You will also notice that the New Forest ponies, donkeys and pigs are regular visitors.

Rose Cottage can host up to 2 people. Rose Cottage is a self-catering Luxury Cottage with all the comfort needed for a fantastic holiday in the New Forest National Park. This is a one-bedroom cottage with a comfortable king-size bed, crisp white linen, and a modern ensuite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and all the pots, pans, tools and equipment needed for cooking and serving a great meal. There are 3 televisions: in the kitchen, in the bedroom, and in the lounge. Outside the lounge there is a private garden with a relaxing fountain as a centre feature. The laundry room has a washer/dryer machine and iron facilities, making even longer stays practical.
What can guests enjoy when staying in the Cadnam area?
The New Forest National Park covers a large area and there is a lot to do and to explore. From free roaming ponies, forest walks, cute little villages with thatched roofs, beaches, museums, gardens, historic houses, cosy country pubs, amusement parks, and several golf courses… just to mention some of it. There really is something for everyone.

There are 2 pubs within walking distance and several pubs and restaurants a short drive away.

A generous welcome package of consumables is provided. This will include items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, fresh fruit, condiments, toiletries and essential items for the cleaning cupboard/laundry.
For guests staying on a longer-term basis weekly cleaning is provided.
Bed linen and towels are supplied.
On the estate there is a tennis court which is available to use.
