This stunning and newly renovated detached 3 bed property and gardens has everything you need so you can get into holiday mode, completely switch off and recharge your batteries. The cottage is secluded and private featuring a large living room with log burner, large dining table and a country kitchen kept warm and snug with a traditional AGA oven.
The cottage comes with a detached river room overlooking the river Teviot stocked with games to enjoy, or simply relax, read a book, paint or have a tipple whilst watching the world pass you by.
What is the capacity for Luxury Riverside Cottage?
The cottage is exclusively yours, sleeps 6 and has 3 spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a super soft super kingsize bed and is located upstairs and features a large en suite wetroom. You will also find the twin room located on the same floor at the top of the stairs, comfortably sleeps 2 with 2 cosy single beds. The additional guest bedroom is located downstairs, also has a super kingsize bed with an attached en suite shower/bath.
The River Room over looks the River and has a full size Table Tennis Table to enjoy as a games room. There are 3 tiered Gardens attached to the property with stunning views from top to bottom with a gated fence surround. There is also a large patio area with garden furniture should you wish to dine or relax outside.

There is so much to enjoy in the local area with some magnificent towns, shops, cafes and restaurants to explore. Kelso, Jedburgh are the closest Market towns with breathtaking old Abbeys, cobbled streets and river views / walks. The area is surrounded with picturesque villages with lovely spots to enjoy like Coldstream, St Boswells, Melrose, Berwick upon tweed, Alnwick and Edinburgh is just an hour away.
From the cottage there are so many walks, cycle routes, jogging trails and fishing the River Teviot is possible right from the door. Feel free to store your Bikes or Golf / Fishing equipment in the large garage beneath the River Room.
