Since 2006 Meadowview cottage has been welcoming guests. This family run accommodation strives to make every guests holiday the best. A former milking parlour renovated to the highest standard. With 2 gardens, 1 with lawn and bbq, the other walled garden with covered decking area. Own Private Sauna. Rospa inspected Play Park, Go carts and out side toys. Set in 30 acres.

What is the capacity for Meadowview Cottage?

Meadowview is all on one level inside and out except for 2 little steps leading to the Super king bedroom with vanity unit. Double ensuite with power shower and a twin bedroom. Family bathroom with bath or power shower. Kitchen, lounge and Dining room with views of one of the gardens, patio, BBQ and also the Meadow.

What can guests enjoy when staying in the Launceston area?

Meadowview is 13 miles from Launceston towards the North Cornwall coast. 10 minute drive to the nearest beach of Crackington Haven . 15 Minutes from Bude, Boscastle. Tintagel, Port Issac, Padstow are to name a few not far. The number 4 Cycle route also passes through Trelash. Many attractions, Golf courses, Moors, Farm shops, Swimming pools near by too!

Where can guests enjoy food and drink?

There are many country pubs or takeaways within a short drive from Meadowview. Jamie Oliver's Fifteen at Watergate Bay, Nathan Outlaw at Port Issac and Rick Steins at Padstow restaurants are a big hit if you have a special occasion.

Follow the M5 south to Exeter. Take A30 to Okehampton/Launceston (dual carriageway all the way). Just past Launceston take the next turn off to the left A395 for Wadebridge/Camelford. Follow A395 for 10 miles until you reach Hallworthy. Turn right after the Wilsey Down pub signposted Warbstow. Follow the road past the forestry. After 1.5 miles take a left turn signposted Trelash and then after 100 yards turn right signposted Trelash. When you arrive in the hamlet of Trelash you will come to a crossroads. Turn right then immediately left down a short private lane.

We have had a wonderful stay at Meadowview Cottage. We received a very warm welcome and were very impressed with the standard and facilities of the cottage. The children have adored the play park and go carts. They don,t want to go home. Thank you to Debbie & Roger - we hope to return again soon
