Manor Farm Barn is a four-star self-catering accommodation in Suffolk that offers picturesque countryside views from a stylishly-furnished interior . Aesthetic features include an inglenook fire place, sandstone floors and oak beams, while offering guests the use of both a study and a utility room. There is bicycle storage, a snooker table and dart board,goal posts,trampoline and other outside activites together with a hot tub to allow for relaxation and recuperation.

A beautiful accommodation for up to 10 guests makes the perfect choice for a family gathering or group of friends wanting to get away to the countryside. An extremely spaciously restored 1700s converted barn boasting an open living room with a huge fireplace, flagstone floors, comfy sofas, cosy corners, a superb raftered ceiling and a large dining area - you will never feel crowded. 

What can guests enjoy when staying in the Eye area?

Next door is Framlingham, a small village with a turreted castle, once home to the Dukes of Norfolk, in the heart of the prosperous East Anglia wine industry where many nearby vineyards provide tours and tastings. Nearby, Sutton Hoo offers archaeological enthusiasts an absorptive day out to - managed by the National Trust, the Anglo- burial site in Raedwald (King of Eastern Anglia) was the place where priceless treasure was discovered within a huge ship grave. A more fun day out for the family is the Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens. Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, and the coast of Suffolk / Norfolk are all within 25 miles. Eye also has a range of shops and convenience stores nearby.

There are plenty of local pubs and restaurants. The Black Horse Village Pub (just 5 minutes walk away) offers outstanding food/takeaways for a more special occasion there is Sugar and Spice Catering or The Cherry Catering Company. A village convenient shop is also just up the road.

Highly recommend a stay at the manor farm barn. With 4 generations of the family( the youngest being 2 and the eldest being 82) we initially struggled to find somewhere to accommodate us all, but the barn suited the whole family and we all had a fabulous time, with everyone saying it was the best...
