Well positioned to take advantage of extensive walking in lovely West Dorset countryside with near access to several beaches on the World Heritage coastline such as Burton Bradstock and West Bay.

The Barn has one large bedroom on the first floor with twin beds which can be made up as a double on request. A small sitting room is next door with an wide range of reading matter and traditional games. It can host two people with a cot and highchair available for a small person.

Bridport, five miles away to the south, is a buzzy little town with a vibrant market twice a week and good cafes and restaurants. St. Michael's Trading Estate houses an eclectic and varied mix of antique and artisan outlets. Bridport has the only thatched brewery in the country which it is possible to visit and the newly re-vamped Museum concentrating on Bridport's ancient net making industry. The local beaches are not far away with walking along the South West Coastal path or in Powerstock Common, Hooke Wood or Eggardon - from which there are spectacular views to the West into Devon. The dining/sitting/kitchenette room is on the ground floor together with the bathroom and separate WC. Ample drying area for wet clothes or muddy boots!
