Spacious 4 star country cottage nestled on a family farm in the Scottish Borders. Kersmains Cottage is a beautifully furnished house which sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms, as well as a large country kitchen, separate dining room, library snug and large lounge with log burning stove. Ideally located just three miles along the River Teviot from the quaint cobbled market town of Kelso, and just a short drive to other popular Border towns of Melrose and Jedburgh where the ancient abbeys can be explored whilst enjoying the many boutique shops, bars and restaurants. The rolling landscape surrounding the cottage provides an ideal backdrop for miles of walking, cycling or simply sitting with a glass of wine in the garden and listening to the wildlife. With riverside walks on the doorstep and so many great local attractions such as Floors Castle and Kelso Races just minutes away, the whole family can be entertained. A very warm welcome awaits you at Kersmains. For larger parties, they can also accommodate two in our romantic boutique, The Bothy.
