Oustanding property discovery whilst attending the Floors Castle Horse Trials. To have your own lounge, breakfast conservatory and spacious bedroom with en-suite was pure indulgence. Shame it was only for one night! We bumped into Ashley, Simon and Evie at the horse trials on Sunday and they were as gracious and charming as at the farm. We will book for next year if Harriet our daughter is competing again but for longer. Sam and Jane, Aberfeldy. PS Cant believe you grow the Barley for my favourite beer, Timothy Taylors! SamL

We've done a tour of Scotland and this is the best place to stay so far. The amount of space, all the furniture looking brand new and lovely, the amazing view... The owners are very kind and helpful. Beyond all expectations! We cannot recommend it enough. AnnN

Very rural and peaceful location. Had all the facilities and amenities we could have wanted. Extremely roomy accommodation with features we would not have expected. Very friendly owners. Only wish we could have stayed longer. TrevorB

This was our second visit to The Bothy and it was just as lovely as I remembered. Lovely accommodation and very friendly hosts. Thank you Ashley and Simon we had a fantastic time. All the best to you both. LauraN

All rooms are luxuriously furnished. Very quiet location just a few miles from Kelso. All on one level with a power shower (good for older folks). Private parking, lovely, friendly and helpful hosts. IsabellaM
