Hop Pickers' House is surrounded by nine acres of gardens, meadow and woodland. This provides a sense of seclusion and tranquility, as well as a perfect opportunity for a stroll before dinner or a walk with the dog.
It has its own brook and geese waddling across the lawn. The cottage is just a few miles from Ludlow, one of the prettiest medieval towns in England - and famous for its food.

What can guests enjoy when staying in the Tenbury Wells area?
Tenbury Wells is a small ancient market town situated on the River Teme. The area is still primarily unspoilt farming country and perfect for walking, cycling or driving. There are good pubs (with local cider and ales), restaurants and independent shops.
The Regal is a beautiful art-deco theatre / cinema - and hosts many live shows. Not to be missed!
A perfect location to pick up the 'cider route' or 'black and white villages trail' - or visit National Trust properties (Croft Castle, Berrington Hall) and beautiful gardens (Stockton Bury, Hergest Croft).
Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
Guests are welcomed with local fare, including award-winning home-made jam or marmalade. And if theydon't want to cook on their first night, a local cheese board can be provided.
There are a number of excellent pubs and restaurants around Tenbury Wells. The local cider is made from apples grown a few hundred metres from Hop Pickers' House.
Ludlow (8 miles away) is famous for its food - with a wide selection of excellent restaurants, cafes and markets - all showcasing local produce. It also hosts one of the country's largest food festivals.
