Seascape can sleep up to 12 guests. The four bedroom detached property is situated on the cliff top near Minis bay in Birchington (CT7 9UN) and boasts, SMART TV's in all rooms, gas central heating, football table, WIFI, Log burner family bathroom, separate toilet, downstairs shower room, private garden overlooking the sea with six person hot tub. Perfect for adult groups or families wanting one accommodation. Minnis Bay A long stretch of sand coupled with ample free parking and children's outdoor play area near by make Minnis Bay the perfect beach for an afternoon in the sun. For the adventurous there is plenty of space for water sports, such as windsurfing or kite boarding and there is a sailing club close by. The paddling pool is a great location to hunt for crustaceans and there is also an excellent restaurant with a bar, and a kiosk on the prom. At high tide, usually a small amount of beach remains, except at spring time when the beach can disappear until the tide moves out again. Dog ban in place from 1st May until 30th September, dogs not permitted any time.
