Curved Stone House is a spacious, unique, architect built retreat nestled in a hill above the beautiful and lively West Highland Village of Ullapool. With panoramic views, designer interiors and luxury facilities - the house is a retreat that offers unparalleled luxury in one of the most scenically stunning areas of NW Scotland.

What makes a stay at Curved Stone House unique?

Curved Stone House provides unparalleled luxury in the heat of spectacular NW Scotland. The unique architecture that uses drystone walling and turf roofs, has been designed to offer supreme luxury. the house has its own private sauna, huge freestanding bath, drench head showers, underfloor heating and atmospheric wood burning stove. The property has been designed with the spectacular views in mind and each room has large panoramic windows and direct access to a specious external sitting out area through french doors. The owners, Gavin and Rachel Anderson, live locally and greet guests and provide detailed information on the many activities, routes and hidden gems in the local area.

What is the capacity for Curved Stone House?

Curved Stone House can accommodate up to 4 people in two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom/WC with a superking bed has an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom can be made up as a twin room or a superking bed and has it's own shower/WC.

Positioned on a hill above the village of Ullapool with direct access to a network of scenic hill paths, it is also just a short walk from the heart of one of Highland Scotland's most lively and beautiful coastal villages. Ullapool is renowned for it's live music, festivals and events in its many pubs and venues. A stay in Curved Stone House provides a base to explore Wester Ross, Coigach, Assynt and Sutherland - some of the most scenically spectacular areas of the NW Highlands. The property also provides a stunning relaxing location - a spacious and luxury space with panoramic views of sea, mountains and islands.

Where can guests enjoy food and drink?

Ullapool has a number of good quality bars and restaurants that are only an easy 10 minute walk from the house. There are also a number of great rural hotels, pubs and restaurants to discover in the local area. Ullapool is also well served for provisions with a small deli, great local butcher and a Tesco in the village. The owners can also source seafood from the local fishing boats which is landed fresh on the local pier.
