Whichever property you pick you can spread yourself out on the mammoth seven-foot by seven-foot bed, cook in the sleek brushed aluminium kitchen and curl up on the rug in front of the woodburner. The simplicity of the surroundings trumps it all; gaze out of the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and admire the ever-changing landscape and icy waters of Loch Eriboll, visible from every room.
