The Coach House is probably the most wonderful Airbnb experience I've ever had. The place felt like home form the moment we entered. It's comfy, beautiful, clean and smells amazing. Tim is a wonderful host and has thought of everything: from fresh coffee, eggs and butter to fruit and - yes - whisky. The view is spectacular. The garden spacious with two cute dogs that come to visit (only if you like). Our kids loved them. We loved everything about our stay. And we will be back.

We had a fabulous stay at The Coach House. It was very easy to find and in a great place to explore the Cairngorms. Tim was very welcoming and extremely helpful. The welcome pack was the best I have ever seen and included loads of thoughtful touches. We loved staying and are looking forward to coming back in the winter.

Don’t hesitate and just book it! The coach house was great for us (family of 6 with 4 kids - 14 and younger). It’s a great location for a base between the Cairngorms, Highlands/Inverness, east coast/Aberdeen, etc. The place is very clean and comfortable. Tim the host is really great and wanted to make sure we were all good and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and local hikes/activities, etc. The welcome basket was fantastic and made the stay that much better. We stayed at 3 AirBNB’s while traveling in Scotland and this place was by far the best. We hope to visit again down the road!

Our trip was very relaxing and a little luxurious (but great value for money), all thanks to Tim's fantastic hospitality. We loved the place so much that we are planning to return in the winter!

My husband and I would highly recommend staying here. The house itself is immaculate and the views are just breathtaking. We particularly loved soaking up the scenery from the hot tub! Tim was an incredible host, very welcoming and couldn't be any more helpful. All in all a perfect and relaxing country retreat and we will certainly be back!

What an incredible stay we had at the Coach House. Tim was the *best* host. So warm, kind and helpful. And a great laugh too - we felt like we’d known him for ages. He went out of his way to make sure our stay (myself, husband and our two kids 5 & 7) was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for him. As for the property, you couldn’t ask for a lovelier place to stay in the Perthshire countryside. It’s a great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The sense of space and natural light was wonderful. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back.

This is a five star retreat in the middle of beautiful, wild, if a little barren countryside. Underfloor heating and twinkly lights in the outside tree with a truly stylish interior which is super comfy, welcoming and with just the right amount of furnishing. Two enormous sofas with space for all the family, a wood burning stove (which we only needed when it snowed) and a well equipped kitchen. Wonderful high, vaulted ceiling. Very generous welcome pack including all sorts of delicious goodies like fudge, whiskey, and all the basics such as eggs, milk, bread, olive oil, oats etc. Slept six comfortably, using extra sofa bed on mezzanine. Super sophisticated tv and dvd system, good supply of board games. Had dinner out (Tims' recomendation) and ate the most delicious venison followed by beautiful drive home through enchanted woods with driving snow. Unforgettable.

Tim as a host cannot do enough for you, which just makes the stay so much more enjoyable. This property is well suited if you want to either enjoy some down time in the house, or enjoy the stunning Scottish scenery and sights. We will be back for sure!

Tim's place is a great value if you want to be away from the 'city'. The location is close enough though to easily visit the cities when needed. The welcome basket that Tim provides is amazing! (Eggs, Milk, Coffee, Tea, Cereal, some cookies and sweets, and a Whiskey!) We even were able to spot some deer while taking a quiet morning walk in the back part of the property. Tim and Wayne are perfectly attentive. They are there when you need them and when you want to be left alone, they leave you alone. If you stay here, let them know what you want to do when checking in and they can probably give you some great suggestions as they did to us. We ended up checking out the following from Tim and Wayne's suggestions: Galmis Castle, Pitlochry, Local Distillery. There are many things to see close by and we only wished we could have seen Balmoral Castle. Great Job Tim and Wayne!

A truly magical place that we wish was ‘For Sale’ as we would snap it up in an instant and live there all the time. Our 4 year old loved the hot tub and the very friendly resident pup, Jelly. Tim was an outstandingly welcoming and supportive host. His kindness blew us away. So many lovely touches that made our stay extra special. We cannot wait to go back.

We've just spent a fabulous weekend at The Coach House. The location & views are stunning, and on arrival you're made to feel very welcome by the host Tim (who is awesome). The house is really spacious, the kids could watch TV/DVDs upstairs while we relaxed downstairs. The hot tub was a real hit! The lounge is stunning and really comfy, and the kitchen is really well equipped. The house is immaculate throughout, and there are lots of little extras that went above and beyond what we expected. Great lawn space outside for the kids to run around in. This is a great location to see Perthshire - with a wide selection of things to see and do all a short drive away. 5 stars greatly deserved.

Tim was a brilliant host, very kind friendly and approachable. He answered my questions promptly and was very helpful. He made us all feel very welcomed to his home. The property itself is amazing. It was clean and immaculate. If you're considering this place please go ahead and book it in the knowledge that you will have gotten yourself a fantastic deal. The barn conversion had been wonderfully refurbished. It is spacious with modern fittings. The kitchen was huge and very well stocked! Tim very kindly gave us a welcome pack with Scottish food such as shortbread, etc etc....All modern amenities provided to make sure you'll have a comfortable time there. The open layout was fantastic. Real working fireplace was nice as it was winter when we were there. The showers and toilets (2 of each) were new and of hotel quality. We were there mainly for skiing at Glenshee and the proximity to the slopes was great for us. For your grocery shopping there is a large Tesco 15 minutes away in Blairgowrie.
