This is a very comfortable house in a good location. Everything in the house is high quality and beautifully arranged. We loved having 2 bathrooms and Sky TV. Plenty of DVDs as well. Quiet, in a pretty village with a pub and shop close by and with easy access to everything we wanted to see, we had a great time. Would happily come again.

A truly fantastic place to stay in a wonderful village. The home itself was beautiful, impeccably clean and had lovely touches throughout to make us feel more at home. Sally was a brilliant host who made sure everything was alright and was easily contactable if needed. I couldn't fault our stay at all and would wholeheartedly recommend Camomile Cottage to anyone!

We had the most perfect stay at Camomile Cottage the night before our wedding. My bridal party got ready with me in the morning and everyone was so complimentary about how stunning the cottage is. Sally went above and beyond to leave lots of personal touches to make our stay memorable- including a card and a bottle of fizz in the wine cooler. We would highly recommend staying at Camomile Cottage as it is stunning and cosy. This is one of the most beautiful cottage renovations we have ever seen and the best air b and b accommodation we've stayed at. I could not fault our stay. Thank you Sally for everything you are an outstanding host.

Would highly recommend this beautiful outstanding little cottage, but mind your head if you are tall, especially door frames upstairs as this is a genuine old cottage. Beautiful, comfortable, pretty little cottage, with a lovely atmosphere, everything you could need and more, would definitely come back again, thank you.

The cottage is absolutely beautiful! Everything was in immaculate order and all fittings are to the highest standard. Beautiful, tasteful and comfortable. We sat in the gorgeous garden, in Sussex sunshine, and it felt like the Garden of Eden. Sally was ultra-helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend a visit.
Sally, we were absolutely knocked over by your gorgeous cottage - we would be very happy to be quoted and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We felt truly privileged to enjoy such a beautiful cottage. Thank you and very best wishes!

We visited Camomile Cottage with my elderly father whilst visiting friends in the area. The cottage was outstanding and has been renovated to a very high standard. Thoughtful touches like T&C and fresh milk, biscuits, fresh flowers and a blackboard message made us feel very welcome and very much at home. The charming garden was perfect for relaxing on a sunny evening. Whilst there we had some lovely seafood at the (very) nearby Holly Tree pub. All in all it was a great place to stay and we are already planning a return trip next year.

The cottage was much bigger than expected from the photos and in immaculate condition. Every part of it had been decorated to a very high spec and everything had been thought of from coffee through to wood for the log burner. The location is great, some pubs/restaurants within walking distance or Arundel is only a short cab ride away. Perfectly located to explore Sussex top. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future and the quality and value for money of the place is amazing.

This was my second visit back to Camomile Cottage and just as before it fulfilled all expectations. Lovely setting, beautiful decor, so clean and comfortable. We did a lovely walk close by and spent a really fun New Years Eve in the Holly Tree Inn - very handy as it is literally a 2 minute walk from the cottage.
Again, a lovely relaxing place to stay. Warm and very comfortable. We actually did some cooking too and were really impressed by the kitchen - everything we needed was there.

Stunningly beautiful house - we didn't want to go home! The most stylish and cosy place you could imagine. Five star beautifulness. Cosy, sparkling clean and not a spider in sight! :) A well equipped kitchen, great comfy living room with fab games and DVD collection. Bedroom was wonderful, bathrooms even better. Absolutely no room for improvement here! So handy for nearby Arundel. We had the car which meant it was only a short drive into town. One night we caught the bus from the village, had a mini pub crawl in Arundel and a wonderful Chinese meal and then a cab home for £10.50! The castle is a must, the gardens spectacular! So much to see and do in this area. We will be back!

We were three men taking a break from family life for some cycling and kayaking exercise and relaxation and the cottage was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The interior design was a perfect mixture of style and comfort. Every area has a quality finish and felt fresh and new. The garden is a beautifully landscaped space and a good sun trap too. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts on the patio and I'm sure in summer months it would make a perfect space for an evening glass of wine. The location of the property was ideal also. Easy walking/cycling access to the sights and facilities of Arundel, very easy to access from the coast or A27 yet it felt like it was in its own little village world. The local Holly Tree pub was great for food and drinks and the Black Horse, a little further up the road was great too. The Sainsbury's in Bognor Regis, which was 15 minutes drive away is enormous and had everything we needed to stock up for. We had a fantastic stay and felt it was very good value for money.

I think this is the best rental property I have ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable and very well equipped cottage which has been imaginatively renovated to a high standard. Sally has thought of everything to make her guests welcome - lovely fluffy towels, crisp cotton bedding, there was even milk in the fridge and a packet of biscuits to welcome us. The location, within walking distance along a very pleasant cycle path and past the village green, apple orchard and duck pond to Barnham Railway Station and shops really suited us. And the cottage was also close enough to ferry helping hands and people by car to and from the wedding in Madehurst - a magical occasion). We shared with old family friends (also at the wedding) and the cottage with its pretty garden where we sat out for breakfast made for a truly relaxing, happy, fun and easy time. We met and chatted to Ann, the neighbor, tending her pretty front garden, so felt most welcome. Now we're looking for excuses to visit the area once more - maybe with another wedding in view. We loved the internal decor. You are clearly very thoughtful owners and definitely recommended!

A fantastic cottage located in a sleepy village with a few local shops and a pub all in walking distance. This is perfectly located to explore from and made our trip to Goodwood very easy. That actual cottage has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and with quality fixtures and fittings gives the place a luxury feel. All the bedding, furniture and appliances are also of a very good quality making our stay comfortable. Sally organised everything very well. Highly recommended!
Thank you for letting us stay in the cottage! It was a perfect location for Goodwood and made our trip very relaxing and enjoyable. First class restoration job on the cottage and we will certainly be back again. I will also recommend to my friends and family!

This is a charming and cosy cottage, renovated to a high standard with beautiful decor, and high quality fixtures and fittings. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The garden is a lovely space for relaxing - loved the old pear tree. The village is full of character properties and is quiet and peaceful with plenty of opportunities for good walks in the immediate area. There is a shop in the village for basic provisions and two small supermarkets in Barnham, just a mile up the road. The Holly Tree pub in the village has outside seating which is great in hot weather, the inside has quirky and unusual decor. Highly recommend a day out in Portsmouth - so much to see - get the train into Portsmouth Harbour from Barnham Station. Arundel Castle and town is also a lovely day out. We would definitely stay in this cottage again and thank Sally for her prompt communication/responses and the clear information left in the cottage.

My parents and I chose Camomile Cottage as our base to explore the South Downs and it was more than perfect! The cottage is beautiful, spotless, elegant and finished to an exceptional standard - the bathroom is particularly stunning complete with gorgeous fluffy white towels! The cottage was fully equipped with absolutely everything we needed - and all excellent quality - there was even a coffee machine. Sally, our host is super - fresh flowers, milk and biscuits were there on arrival and the Guest Info book was full of useful and interesting info and tips about the cottage and the surrounding areas. The info helped us make the most of our stay - as a result we ate at some brilliant pubs and explored many lovely villages and nature spots. It is clear a huge amount of love and thought has gone into the cottage, and to making it a wonderful place for guests to stay. We'd love to visit again and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

I've stayed in many self-catering cottages and Sally's house was so new, clean and spotless in every respect. Very well equipped, kitchen included Nespresso maker and wine cooler, bedrooms thoughtfully had some sample toiletries and gorgeous fluffy towels. Felt like staying in a high end hotel rather than a self catering place! Garden is gorgeous. No hesitation in recommending Sally and her beautiful home.
