Barlings Barn

Self Catering

SPLENDID SELF CATERING ISOLATION for a maximum of 12 guests.

Escape to Barlings Barn, nestled in a beautiful and pleasantly quiet, south-facing position, with spectacular views overlooking the valley in the stunning Mid Wales hills. A spacious barn, providing the ultimate break for over 35 years – the perfect space for celebrations with friends & family, surprise birthday parties, golden/silver anniversary get-togethers, wedding party accommodation, many returning time after time. Situated within beautiful grounds, Barlings Barn offers exclusive use of an indoor heated swimming pool, squash court, sauna, pool table, table tennis, and children's playroom. Outside, you can enjoy the wildflower garden, full use of the BBQ, along with a fire pit, gaming area, streams & 20 acres of the Barling's magical bluebell wood for you to play in.

What makes a stay at Barlings Barn unique?

With self-sustainable heating and electricity-powered from their very own logs in a biomass boiler and photovoltaic panels, as well as solar pool heating, Barlings Barn is a very green property. That makes it possible to heat the pool with a clear conscience up to 85F for guests, and ensures rooms have the right temperature throughout the year. You will enjoy the spring water that comes from a fresh, soft spring and borehole deep inside the hillside.

What is the capacity for Barlings Barn?

Barlings Barn will accommodate up to 12 adults with 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Two kitchens, huge dining and lounge areas - social distancing made easy for all the family. The accommodation is made up of the beautiful and spacious 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms main Barn. Just a few yards across the courtyard from the Barn in the converted wing of Barlings Cottage is the characterful Wanws Cottage. Situated next to the Wanws and adjacent to the swimming pool patio is the cute & cosy Goat Cottage with the remaining bedrooms. Dogs are warmly welcomed by prior arrangement.
