Saffron Walden

Saffron Walden is a Small market town in Essex near the border with Cambridgeshire. The town's prosperity was founded on saffron which was harvested from local crocus fields. The town is close to Stanstead Airport. One of the main tourust attractions is Audley House which is owned by English Heritage and is open to the public to explore the house and gardens.
