Falkland

Falkland has a rich and varied history, one of Scotland's most historical regions, assigned as a conservation area back in 1970. At its centre is the gatehouse of Falkland Palace, an intimidating building. The Scottish castle and estate is home to buildings built during the 15th and 16th century and also has the oldest tennis court in the UK laid in 1539.
