The village of Crinan in Argyll has a harbour and a canal which is not to be missed. It stretches for 9 miles from Crinan to Ardrishaig and has 15 locks, used by many yachts and motorboats. The tow path is lined with small cottages and has superb scenery, it is also ideal for cyclying, walking, and fishing from the banks.
