This award-winning hotel restaurant caters for those who wish to book a table in the restaurant and also guests of the hotel. In 2015 for the fifth year running Trigony House Hotel was awarded gold medals for the rustic cuisine at the Scottish Hotel Awards, as well as winning “Best Restaurant in South West Scotland” and “Best Breakfast in South-West Scotland”, which is truly something to be experienced.

Trigony House Restaurant ingredients are sourced locally but, depending on the season, they will try to supply their ingredients within Scotland and the highlands. Wherever possible, the produce is free-range and organic and many of their suppliers are small family companies that take care of the products they produce and sell. The small walled kitchen garden supplies fresh vegetables, herbs and fruits from summer to autumn, and offers a low “food miles” average.
