This beautiful sandstone Georgian mansion is set in 38 acres bordered by the River Weaver. The dining room offers a romantic setting and gorgeous views of the grounds. Our Chef and team produce classically British dishes with modern, International influences using top quality produce from local suppliers. The great value table d'hote menu might include pigeon carpaccio with watermelon and spring onion dressing and duck leg confit with daphinoise potatoes and creamed cabbage while the a la carte offers dishes such as canon of Cornish lamb with broad bean and parsley croquette and lemon meringue cheesecake with basil sorbet, strawberry and black pepper tuille. Traditional and Champagne afternoon tea are served daily in the Restaurant and lounges.
