The Killingworth Castle


Since 1637, The Killingworth Castle has served the good people of Oxfordshire. Sir Churchill, who'd drop in when staying at his birthplace, in nearby Blenheim Palace, has been included in the illustrious regulars. An extensive program of renovations followed before the pub opened its doors for business once again in the autumn of 2012. Since then, Killingworth Castle has grown stronger and gone on to win multiple awards and earnt outstanding reviews for its innovative yet affordable approach to high-end cuisine and its peaceful and yet friendly atmosphere.

Your hosts are thrilled to announce that The Killingworth Castle has proudly joined just 10 other pubs and restaurants across the UK to achieve three or more stars in the 'Organic Served Here' awards scheme run by The Soil Association. This means that they commit themselves to deliver 50-75% organic items on their menus.
