The Clock House is privately owned by Serina Drake, who - together with the team and chef Fred Clapperton - has been instrumental in putting this lovely restaurant firmly into the fast track of the Surrey foodie scene. It has received wide critical acclaim and it won a Michelin star last autumn. The AA awarded it three AA Rosettes.
