The dishes here are all about luxurious ingredients imaginatively prepared such as langoustine ravioli, braised endive with orange, langoustine and olive oil jus or roast fillet of Buccleuch beef with a herb crust, wild mushrooms and Szechuan pepper sauce. The extensive wine list means you can do the complex food justice by ordering a bottle of 1995 Corton Charlemagne or go for a more pocket friendly Australian Semillion.
