Other Information

After dinner head to ‘The Safe', originally built as the muniment room where the deeds for the estate were once kept, this Chubb safe has been lovingly transformed into a magnificent liquor room. For a unique and luxurious drinks experience, you can choose from a selection of fine and unusual whisky's, after dinner brandies and wines, or a selection of craft gins. The hardest part of your evening will be deciding which drinks to enjoy. In addition to Chaloner's Restaurant, guests can also enjoy dining in De Brus Bar & Grill; an informal and contemporary place to meet, drink and dine. A great place to enjoy drinks with friends, a freshly brewed coffee and cake, or enjoy an informal lunch or supper. Chef has prepared a menu that offers a range of dishes from ‘the grill' alongside some favourites such as fish and chips and the De Brus burger. If you fancy something a little lighter the smaller dishes may be for you. Choose a few smaller dishes and ‘a bit on the side' for a meal full of different flavours – think salt baked beetroot, pickled watermelon and samphire, salt and pepper squid or the power salad; packed with super foods.
