I have been to Canaletto on many occasions over the last few years and can heartily recommend this fine Italian restaurant to anyone. You will receive a warm and professional welcome, be seated comfortably and served with absolutely authentic food, cooked with love and to perfection. The waiters are all, without exception, knowledgeable, passionate and subtly attentive (just the right balance!). Having enjoyed your first two courses, it just remains to chose something exquisite and home-made, from the desert trolley. You will not be disappointed! Ask about the history of tiramisu, it's a good story! Thanks very much to everyone at Canaletto - see you next time.

The service was excellent. Despite a wide selection of seafood my shellfish allergy could have been an issue, but I was well taken care of. The dishes were outstanding for every course. The venison was the best I've had. We often find deserts disappointing when we eat out, but these were brilliant. Even the coffee was special. Couldnt recommend it more highly.

Excellent food, superb service and lovely surroundings! The menu was authentically Italian and the wine delicious. Definitely recommend a visit for their lunchtime and early evening menu.......astounded at the quality for a 'special' set meal price!

What a lovely location. I've lived in Aylesbury for over 17 years and driven past this place and never visited. However, we decided to visit today and we really enjoyed it. The staff were very nice and helpful and the food was well priced and beautiful. A highly recommended restaurant.
