Lane End Farm in North Devon supplies the pork, chicken and duck for the restaurant. The farm is renowned for its outstanding animal welfare standards, in which the free-range poultry are allowed to mature naturally ensuring the best quality product. Gloucester Old Spots and Large Whites have been bred specifically for their fat content ensuring the pork is succulent and fresh.
