The Old Rectory, Norwich's only AA 4* GOLD 2 Rosette 'Restaurant with Rooms' is a Grade II listed Georgian country house. The Old Rectory is a 'must stay' if you are in the area and require first class, intimate service and an unobtrusive detailed concern for the quality of your stay. It is a very private place considering its nearness to Norwich and we were fortunate during our visit that the other guests blended in. The food was excellent and just right with nothing being too much trouble concerning personal taste.I was fortunate also that there was a fine selection of local beers. Everything about the hotel was to a very high standard.

Perfectly managed, friendly hospitable, attentive with personal interest without being overbearing. Food and accommodation excellent, great attention to detail, menus well thought out, inventive and flavoursome. Good selection of wines, excellent service, Ideal location on edge of Broads National Park and convenient for Norwich. Very relaxing, nice garden and lounge. Would visit again.
