Very relaxing intimate Inn. Lovely decor and fairy lights, great ambience. We live quite near and decided to go for Sunday lunch. The food was very good, well presented and quality produce. The staff were very efficient. It is a little pricey compared to other good restaurants in the area but it is a AA rosette establishment and quite different to the usual. We will return for a special occasion as it feels like a treat to eat here.

We discovered this wonderful place purely by chance whilst killing a few hours in the area. Google a place for a drink was the cry and we were directed to Timble. What an absolute delight, beer they had but so much more, the staff were so welcoming and the environment warm, homely and made even more inviting by the cold blustering weather outside. So good we stayed for food which was excellent in taste & presentation. It may be 2 hours from home but I'll gladly travel again to sample their hospitality

What a gem. Excellent host. Smiling helpful staff. Warm and cosy. Spotless. Room one was ours. Comfy large bed. Superb linen, towels and bathrobes. Everything in a room you need inc water bottles. Under floor heating in bathroom. Such a treat..our friends were upgraded to the Nidderdale suite as was a birthday treat. A gorgeous room with an extra lounge area. A great nights sleep was had by all. Andrew ran the place and was superb and welcoming. The meal was perfect and the decor so homely. Breakfast was the best in a hotel ever. Perfect. Great...
