Hythe is a small seaside town in Kent and was one of the five original cinque ports on the south coast of kent. There are many interesting and historic buildings in the town as well as good sports facilities including golf, tennis, squash, boating and wind surfing. The Royal Military canal offers delightful walks along its banks. Romney Marsh is nearby, over which runs the smallest public railway which can be accessed from the town.
