Farfield Mill

Arts & Heritage Centre, Garsdale Road, Sedbergh, Cumbria, LA10 5LW

A restored Victorian woollen mill now housing artists' studios, exhibition galleries, working looms with demonstrating artists and a cafe. The heritage floor illustrates the history of Farfield Mill, the lives of its workers and the local people of Sedbergh.
The Mill is an Aladdin's Cave of eclectic, high quality and unique pieces of work - a fantastic place to find that perfect gift for someone special, to browse and inspire the creative mind... or to just watch and learn how the textile artists work their craft. Bring the family and enjoy this hidden treasure among the Howgills - that provides an excellent day out for all, perfect for a 'rainy day' visit.
