*A £50 culinary credit per booking is included for every night you stay. Use the £50 credit(s) on the corresponding night(s) of your stay. Credits are per day, per room, non-transferable, and cannot be carried over. If late check-in is required, the credit will not be moved to the following day. Beverages are not included in the culinary credit or package. Dinner reservations should be made at the time of booking to ensure availability.

This two night stay offers a relaxing break with the opportunity to get behind the scenes of Cheddar's world famous cheese making process.

Your personal Chauffeur will transport you in an Executive car to nearby Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company where you will watch cheesemakers in action and the art of maturing and grading cheese is explained, followed by a cheese tasting session of award-winning traditional Cheddars. Each visitor is given a 190g wedge of cheese and cheese straws to take away. 

On the first evening of your stay, dine in the beautiful Cloisters restaurant where a seasonal 3-course dinner will be served.
