Park House has 21ensuite bedrooms, 12 in the main hotel building and 9 in three adjacent cottages - South Down, Baytree and Polo Cottage. Every bedroom has been individually designed and decorated in a luxurious English country house style and most have stunning views of the gardens and countryside from the windows. There are two suites and three family rooms, five ground floor bedrooms with private access to the gardens and one bedroom fully equipped for wheelchair access. Baby monitors, cots and high chairs can be provided for children and well-behaved dogs can stay in two ground floor bedrooms.

Park House is a five minute drive from the historic market town of Midhurst, ten minutes from top class international polo at Cowdray Park Polo Club and only twenty minutes from the South Coast and beaches. The Goodwood Estate, with its top-class motor sport and horse racing events, is also close by and there are National Trust houses at Petworth and Uppark. Guests who enjoy walking can explore the South Downs Way and there are English sparkling wine vineyards open for guests to visit.
