All of the 144 rooms at Oatlands Park Hotel have been individually designed, offering unique character and charm. No two rooms are the same and the hotel is proudly different, following the careful renovations of the Grade 2 listed building. Guests love the views from the sash windows overlooking the rear gardens and wooded parkland.
Each of the guestrooms has a timeless elegance, whilst providing the highest standard of comfort and a range of modern conveniences. The Superior Rooms feature double beds, while the Executive, Deluxe and Feature Rooms all have King-sized beds. Twin rooms can be made available upon request.
All of the rooms at Oatlands Park Hotel feature an en-suite bathroom with Luxury Oatlands Park toiletries. The Feature rooms have free-standing bathtubs for that truly opulent feel. There is a desk and chairs, while the Deluxe and Feature rooms include a sofa or seating area within the room. Guests will also find an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.

Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
The Mulberry Restaurant is the heart and soul of the hotel, a grand dining room with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows which floods the room with plenty of natural daylight and offers views over the beautiful gardens down to Broadwater Lake. The restaurant is open for daily with menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while Traditional Afternoon Tea and Champagne Afternoon Tea are served Monday to Saturday from 3pm. Sunday Lunch is another wow-factor, served from midday every Sunday and offering succulent roast dinners with all the trimmings.
For something a little more relaxed the Bar 1509 offers British favourites such as Fish and Chips and the aptly named Oatlands Beef Burger! The drinks and cocktail menu is extensive, but guests can also request their favourite cocktail to be made to their liking. In the summer months, the terrace is the place to be as guests enjoy the sunset while sipping on a chilled glass of wine or two.
The lounge is an extension of the lobby and offers a cosy spot for guests to come and enjoy a coffee and a slice of cake whilst enjoying the complimentary Wifi or simply watching the world go by.
Please note: during COVID-19, Oatlands Park Hotel is still proud to offer a hot full English breakfast and Continental option for guests. Breakfast is currently served as in-room Monday to Friday and served in the Mulberry Restaurant on weekends.
Other Information
The privately owned historic country house became a hotel in 1856 and stands on the site of the grand Royal Palaces of Henry VIII and Elizabeth I. The great cedar tree at the front of the hotel was planted by Charles I to celebrate the birth of his son, known as 'Henry of Oatland'.
