Atlantic Hotel

Stunning First off all I would like to say the staff are fantastic, the reception manager was so friendly, professional and hardworking- what a fantastic member of staff you should be proud. We had room 308 on the 3rd floor we had side sea view which was lovely the room was clean, spacious and well equipt (absolutely loved the wet room and roll top bath) the bed was so comfy had a really good nights sleep, the amenities are clean and are in good working order, the hotel was full but the pool but steam room, sauna and juccuzi was empty which allowed for a lovely bubble whilst watching the sea. We had dinner in silks and it was absolutely stunning couldn't fault a single thing again the staff were fantastic but the food was something special- I've eaten in some very high class restaurants and this would beat them hands down. Breakfast was also very good with a large mixture of hot and cold foods. Overall a fantastic hotel with excellent staff and out of this world food. Would defo return!

Stunning service from the moment we stepped through the door...... We stayed at the Atlantic so we could attend the Nutcracker Masquerade Ball in aid of prostate cancer. The moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by Denise and taken to our room by a porter. Going from reception to our room you could see the hotel was maintained to a high standard and our room was impeccable with double aspect views. On the night of the ball the dinner was amazing and the staff exceptional feeding 90+ guests with great care and enthusiasm! Breakfasts were amazing and I loved being able to select how your egg was cooked rather than helping yourself from a congealed tray on a warming counter. As for the zip together bed with memory foam topper probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. Would I use this hotel again? Yes in a heartbeat!

Fantastic - simple as that! Stayed here for a couple of nights recenty on a trip with my wife. I have to say to start that without a doubt this hotel has the most friendly, accomodating and helpful staff that I have ever met - nothing was too much trouble for anyone and everyone had the same great approach. The location is perfect - right on the headland with great views and easy walking into Newquay and the beaches. The car parking is free and plentiful. The food is lovely - nice evening meal and superb breakfasts with a wonderful view of the sea. Rooms are very comfy with great views. Fab pool with sauna and jacuzzi. All in all, you just can't go wrong here and I will certainly be making a return visit in the not too distant future. Show less
