Brodick Castle, Garden & Country Park

Historic House

The Ideal Family Day at Bodrick Castle, Garden and Grounds A traditional Victorian baronial style estate, the castle overlooks the Brodick Bay and the Firth of Clyde with Goatfell Mountain as a background. The grounds alone are worth a visit, with woodland walks, nature ponds and lovely waterfalls marking your day out. There are riches inside the castle–period furniture, silverware, sports trophies, porcelain and paintings set the scene. There are unique guided tours for young people, junior garden walks, quizzes about the castle and the grounds, an adventure playground and a great programme of family activities such as bird boxing and seashore scrambling.
