Ufford Park is the ancient woodland within, which local achitect Phil Pilgrim, designed this championship parkland golf course.
His 1980's design, with minimal soil disturbance managed to incorporate the numerous contours and natural spring fed water features of this site, situated on the banks of the River Deben and overlooking Suffolk's AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) with views and glimpses of 7 church towers.

What is the feature hole?
The par 3 10th at Ufford Park is a beautiful but tough hole for all levels of golfers. The Tee is surrounded by large trees and the small shelf like green is protected by a large water feature in front and bunkers both long and to the right. The hole is made extra special by the fact you can enjoy some refreshment at the popular half way hut as you watch the group in front tee off.
