Overview

The PGA Centenary Course is a modern classic, combining the best of both the Queen's and King's, created in 1993 by Jack Nicklaus, with five different tees at each hole, the championship markers spanning the 7,088 yards that will be used for the 2014 Ryder Cup. American-style, formerly known as the Monarch's, with some long walks between greens and tees, it's a big stadium course, the longest inland course in Scotland with huge undulating greens, bold bunkering and several risk and reward holes. Much of the trouble is at the front of the greens. The par five ninth is a feature with water and bunkers lurking on the right.

Catering: The Dormy Clubhouse offers something for all of our guests, located next to the King's and Queen's 18th holes, this restaurant has fantastic views of the courses. However, the best thing is that you don't have to be a golfer to love the Dormy! After an exhausting round of golf, enjoy a great beer, traditional British food and efficient service in our relaxed and comfortable clubhouse. Dishes are cooked in a very simple but traditional way, grilled, smoked, roasted or marinated to enhance the quality. The Halfway House: Situated at the halfway point of both the Queen's and King's courses sustenance is on hand at the Halfway House situated at the midpoint of your round. In this most natural setting of the Scottish countryside a hearty broth, hotdog or burger awaits along with a refreshing beer or soft drink. To enable your food to be freshly cooked ready for your arrival at the Halfway House, you are invited to place an order by phone at the 10th tee of either the King's or Queen's Course, where you will find step-by-step instructions and a menu.
