Innerleithen lies in the Tweed Valley and during the 19th century was famous for its Spa from the mineral spring of Doo's Well. Today you can still sample the waters and find out the history at the interpretation centre. A couple of miles out of town lies Traquair House, the oldest continuously inhabited house in Scotland.
