Cotswolds Camping is a 'quiet' camp & glamp site in the North Cotswold village of Whichford, near the Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire borders. Cotswolds Camping is in the Heart of England, in the middle of everywhere.
Come and stay in a romantic, Gypsy Caravan or the heated yurt or the recently renovated 1960's Airstream. All fitted with their own wood-burning stoves to stay toasty in the colder months.
The campsite is on the site of an old Norman castle - a Scheduled Ancient Monument, with a water-filled moat and is close to many beautiful Cotswold Villages - a great base to explore the areas
What makes a stay at Cotswold Camping unique?
Cotswolds camping is situated in the grounds of Holycombe Holistic Retreat Centre, the home of the owners, Sally and Andy Birtwell. Here they host weekend residential retreats, weekday classes and holistic therapies, hence we are a quiet campsite.
What is there to see and do at Cotswold Camping?
Perhaps the most wonderful amenity is Whichford Wood. There is access to the woods if you follow the public footpath from the Church. Please click here for a link to the public footpaths. The Deer in the woods are currently being culled due to the population growth as a result, we suggest you stick to the public footpaths to ensure you do not endanger yourselves.
Other Information
Cotswolds Camping prides itself on being a self-designated quiet campsite. Just down the hill from the site is Holycombe Retreat Centre, which has weekday classes such as Yoga and Pilates, and hosts retreats most weekends. Cotswolds Camping therefore wants to attract customers who respect these values and are looking for a 'quiet' stay.
