Modern Gardens in or near Bigbury-on-Sea

Bigbury-on-Sea is in the South Hams district of Devon with a lovely mainly sandy beach. Just off the beach is Burgh Island which at low tide can be reached on foot or via a tractor at high tide. On the island is a private hotel in art deco style,once visited by Agatha Christie, who used the setting for one of her books. There are a few palces to stay in Bigbury mainly B & B's or self catering cottages.
