Gardens in or near Hyde Park

Hyde Park covers an area of approx. 350 acres and is one of London’s finest historic landscapes. With a lake, a meadow, horse rides and over 4,000 trees it’s easy to forget that you’re in the middle of London. The park was the site of The Great Exhibition of 1851, for which the Crystal Palace was designed by Joseph Paxton.
