Overview


Explore the beautiful Hardwick Hall The four quadrants of Hardwick Hall gardens, are the herb garden, lawns, nuttery and orchards, conveying the spirit of an Elizabethan garden. Lead statues in yew alcoves; grass alleys flanked by yew and tall hedges of hornbeam hedges; holly domes to the western entrance to the herb garden, planted with chamomile, lavender, laurel and rue; mulberry walk and extensive herbaceous borders in the West Courtyard; sunken pond in the East Court; double avenue called The Wineglass´ that closes the eastern vista - all features that make Hardwick a magical garden. There is something to see throughout the season!
