Discover the Magnificent Biddulph Grange Gardens James Bateman's Victorian Biddulph Grange Gardens near Stoke-on-Trent has been perfectly restored by the National Trust, and the result is a day out that allows you to travel the world through its plants. The garden has a variety of themed areas and you'll find yourself roaming from the Chinese Temple to the Egyptian Court and the Pinetum, the Dahlia Walk and the Himalayan Glen. There are tunnels, walkways, and winding paths that thread through this lovely bucolic plot and lead you to some beautiful places.
What can guests enjoy at Biddulph Grange Garden?
Glance out for the beautiful rhododendrons in late spring, the summer array of herbaceous plants in Mrs. Bateman's greenhouse, and the exquisite Dahlia Walk in autumn. Travel back in time in the Geology Room, where the Origin storey has been re-created, and research Bateman's unification of geology and theology.
