Clumber Park

Discover the beautiful Clumber Park, Nottinghamshire Once the playground of the Pelham Clintons, the Dukes of Newcastle, Clumber Park near Worksop is now a stunning 3,800-acre expanse of heathland, forest and farmland, such as a vast lake and the longest double boulevard of lime trees in Europe, stretching for two miles. Several miles of walks and cycle paths cover the lake and is a popular location for locals in need of some country air. The park's grand house was demolished in the 1930s after years of neglect, but the grand gardens bear the testament to the aristocratic origins of the park.
