With seven years at Gidleigh Park as a Sommelier and Restaurant Manager, Edouard now dedicates his time to advising and coaching aspiring sommeliers across the globe.

This exclusive event at Gidleigh Park begins with a beautifully crisp glass of Champagne before being seated in the dining room to enjoy our spectacular four-course menu and accompanying wines, carefully selected by Edouard himself.

Course by course, sample an exquisite combination of flavours while enjoying the company of a world-renowned Master Sommelier.

This is a more advance vegetable gardening course, led by orgainic expert, Tony Chalcraft. It is perfect tfor those wanting to improve and extend their crops. On this session you will learn about the main vegetable crops plus a few unusual ones, focussing on how to maximise the harvest and avoid problems.

The course is especially suitable for those who’ve grown vegetables for some years and have a grasp of the basics but want to get to grow more and better crops.

Celebrate Father's Day with a special treat. Join us for a delightful experience exploring our local casked beers and craft ales paired perfectly with mini pies.

The Gidleigh Park Estate Team takes immense pride in their Kitchen Garden, while Executive Chef, Chris Eden, champions the use of all its produce.

Your day commences at 10.00am with a welcome coffee before embarking on a guided tour of the Kitchen Garden. Following this, savour a glass of wine and indulge in a delightful vegetarian three-course lunch crafted from the garden's fresh vegetables and herbs. Finally, conclude with coffee and petits fours to round off the experience.
