With underfloor heating and a log burner, the evenings spent relaxing in front of the fire will be just as memorable as the days spent exploring the local area.
An additional lounge area is available on the mezzanine, with two sofas and a TV. This provides the perfect place for kids to have their own space, whilst the adults relax in the main lounge.

The two bedrooms at The Coach House can be configured as large doubles, with a king-sized bed, or as twin rooms, with two single beds. Additional guests can be accommodated using the double sofa bed, which is on the mezzanine.
What can guests enjoy when staying in the Blairgowrie area?
The location of The Coach House is truly stunning. It's close to the Glenshee Ski Centre and the Cairngorm National Park, and there are incredible walks starting from the door. There are also many castles, whiskey distilleries and attractions within a short distance.
The Coach House is ideal for exploring such treasures as Balmoral Castle, the Angus Glens and the highlands of Perthshire. Other castles, besides Balmoral, include Braemar, Glamis and Blair, as well as Scone Palace. All of these are less than an hour's drive away, and so are quite a few whiskey distilleries, including Edradour and Royal Lochnagar, and the Persie Gin Distillery.
Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
On arrival at The Coach House, guests will find a welcome pack containing all the basics to get started with, as well as a few little treats.
Kirkmichael, the closest village, contains a shop and two pubs. There is a restaurant in the village of Bridge of Cally, along with a small shop. Travelling a little further, there are some fantastic restaurants in Pitlochry, St. Andrews, Dalmunzie, Murthley and Meikleour.

Facilities in the kitchen include a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, fridge and freezer, and a kettle and toaster.
The Coach House has two bathrooms, each with a shower and basin. Towels and toiletries are provided. Whilst one bathroom has a toilet, there are a further two toilets in the property.
Outside, guests can chill out on the patio, or make use of the hot tub - both have incredible views across the garden and out to the hills beyond. There is a four acre paddock at the bottom of the garden, which guests can also make use of - it's perfect for kids to run around in. There's also parking for two cars.
