Killingworth Castle

This traditional 17th century coaching inn located on the edge of a picturesque Oxfordshire village has been showered with accolades since it came under new ownership in late 2012. As much a locals pub as a dining destination, the winning formula here combines a warm welcome with delicious food and real ales. The menu celebrates the best of British, using seasonal and local suppliers with everything from jams and chutneys to ice cream, bread, sausages and even beer made from scratch on site.
