Danesgate Coach House, Lincoln

Danesgate Coach House is now open for bookings. To keep guests and our cleaning staff safe we are putting in the following precautions until at least the end of September:

A 24 hour gap between bookings - so the night before you arrive the apartment will be empty
New cleaning protocols, including using Zoflora and wiping all high touch surfaces with Dettol Antiviral wipes
Moving our welcome folder online
Removing items that are harder to clean between guests
We have always used a keysafe for check-in and check-out, so there is no need for you to meet anyone during your stay
Our apartment is completely self contained, the front door opens directly to the outside and the secure courtyard gates are operated by remote fobs that will be cleaned before your visit
We have a positive input ventilation system which constantly draws fresh air into the apartment
You can cancel up to 24 hours before check-in and receive a full refund

There are two double bedrooms, both with king size beds, 400 thread Egyptian cotton bedding, bathrobes and towels. One bedroom has a pull down single bed; guests using it stay in comfort but if it’s not needed you won’t know it’s there. For additional guests the apartment also has a double sofa bed.

The living room has a curved TV with premium channels, Blu-Ray player and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen has a Krups bean-to-cup coffee maker plus all the appliances you would expect, including a dishwasher, microwave and washer-drier.

Then, what could be better at the end of a day exploring Lincoln that relaxing in our Whirlpool bath or enjoying your own private sauna.

Other amenities include secure parking for one car, complimentary fibre Wi-Fi, books, board games, DVDs, and smart TVs in each bedroom. Netflix is available on all the TV's. You will also receive a welcome pack with coffee beans for the coffee machine, tea, milk and toiletries.
