Arrival information & directions

Address: Captain’s Rest, 4 Roag, Dunvegan, Isle of Skye, Isle of SkyeIV55 8ZA, United Kingdom

The Isle of Skye is easily accessible by road, thanks to Skye Road Bridge or alternatively via the Mallaig – Armadale ferry, but please make sure you book in advance. Please do not rely on SatNav, its wise to plan your route ahead of travel.

If you fancy a more laidback crossing onto the island, take the Glenelg – Skye ferry, the last manually operated turntable ferry in operation and also featured in the film Maid of Honor.

From Kyle of Lochalsh, Roag is approximately a 45-minute drive.

The IV55 8ZA postcode will take you onto the Roag township road and quite near to the property.  However, pass by the Ardroag turnoff and keep going up the hill. Go past 5 houses on the left and you will see the house sign.  The house sits off the road slightly but once you turn into the drive you will see it.
